This is because of the high mineralization which your body is not accustomed to. The Natural Spring Water is perfectly safe to drink on long intervals without a break due its low mineralization.
A water quality certificate is issued by a certified agency for water quality assessment. These certificates clearly identifies that the water is safe to drink.Bottled water sometimes includes a safety brand on the bottles, which shows that a certificate has been given to the supplying company.

The Santa Sofia Water is bottled directly at the water source. It is transported to the plant for bottling through pipelines and fed directly into bottles, which are protected against counterfeiting.
